Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, a 3% processing fee will apply to your total.
Q: What are your rates for a day?
A: Our rates vary depending on the location and day. Generally, the rate is $400 per day if you are local to the San Fernando Valley or the areas mentioned under the "Areas Served" tab. Holidays and holiday weekends have a different rate. Please contact us for more information on holiday rates.
Q: Do you require a deposit/retainer to reserve?
A: Yes we do, it is 50 dollars for normal reservations and 100 dollars for holiday reservations or big/special events. Your reservation is refundable up to TWO weeks before your rental date. The deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable after that. (Rain is an Exception! Please see the next question for details!)
Q: What if rain is expected on my rental date?
A: If Rain is expected on your rental date, we allow you to cancel up to 12pm before your rental date. If you fail to cancel before that, we assume you have proper coverage for our equipment. NOTE: We do not under any circumstances allow our equipment to be left out in the rain!
Q: Do you rent tents?
A: We do, we have 20x20 tents that you can extend to 20x40, 20x60, and so on. You will get a better rate if you rent with a bull.
Q: How can I reserve?
A: You can reserve by submitting a deposit via Zelle or by credit card.
Q: Can I reserve in person/cash?
A: Absolutely! we are located in Pacoima, CA. Please call ahead of time to request this option.
Q: Who operates the bull?
A: If renting per day, you will be taught how to operate the bull safely. Price doesn't include an attendant. Be aware that you will need to sign a waiver to rent the bull. Tito's Toros is in no way responsible for any injuries while using or riding the mechanical bull.
Q: Do you rent per hour?
A: Yes, we do. Our rate is 600 dollars for 2 hours and 200 an hour for any additional hours. This rate also includes an operator/attendant operating the bull. We charge more if you are outside our service area. NOTE: Any hour after 10 pm is 50 dollars extra per hour.
Q: Do you rent on the same day or provide same-day service?
A: We do if we have any bulls left, but we advise to rent before the day of the event.
Q: When do you drop off and pick up the bull?
A: WE drop off in the afternoon on Weekdays and drop off in the morning on weekends. We pick up at the same time we dropped off, the next day. If you require a special time for drop off or pick up, a 50 dollar convenience fee will incur. You will receive a more accurate ETA the day before your event. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but understand you aren't the only person renting that day.
Q: What areas do you serve?

Q: Are your bulls safe?
A: Absolutely. We operate them and make sure they are working properly prior to us leaving the premises. We do maintenance as needed for them. That being said, when renting our bulls you must sign a waiver acknowledging all the risks of riding and or operating mechanical bull.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Our prices include delivery. You will know your total before reserving. We have no hidden cost. We are upfront with our prices.
Q: Are your bulls clean?
A: Yes they are! We clean them after every rental! Who wants a nasty bull?? Yuck!
Q: What are the measurements for your bulls / what is the area needed for the bulls?
A: Each bull has measurements under its own tab. Please read the area needed under the bull you want to rent and ensure you have the required area before reserving. EVERY BULL NEEDS AT LEAST 10 FEET OF HEIGHT CLEARANCE TO SAFELY OPERATE. PLEASE check your clearance area BEFORE BOOKING.
Q: Do your bulls come with a generator or need a generator?
A: No our bulls don't come with a generator. Our bulls don't need a generator if you have a good power supply. We ask our clients to have an outlet strictly dedicated to the operations of the bull. Our bulls do take a lot of power and older outlets do tend to set off the breakers.
Q: Do you offer generators?
A: We do, for $ 120 more. It comes with a full tank of gas. Generators are reserved exclusively and must be booked in conjunction with your mechanical bull rental. Please note that a delivery charge will be added if the bull has already been dropped. If you are unsure if your electricity will be able to handle the operations of the bull, we HIGHLY recommend booking the generator as well to avoid any
Q: Can you deliver to parks?
A: No we don't do parks sorry
Q: Do you rent out to wedding venues / banquet halls?
A: WE do, but only per hour. Our rates are higher for these events. please inquire about prices and be ready to provide the venue so we can call them and ask them the appropriate procedures they have set in place for mechanical bulls.
